Welcome to the first in the 2017 series of interviews with Students of The Livingness. The interviews will run approximately 15 minutes, requiring both the interviewee and myself to get right to the point!
The first interview is with Liane Mandalis, a woman who has reawakened within her an ability to see things as they truly are and to communicate this truth with clarity. I call her a modern day Oracle. According to Liane, the role of an Oracle in times past was to be able to read the energies at play in certain situations so as to be able to forewarn or make clearer to humanity what the potential outcomes may be should a certain path or pattern, unaltered, be followed. With this understanding, the querent was then able to make a choice as to what his or her next move would be based on the information the Oracle had provided. Because now, in our current era, we each have greater access to Soul than ever before and therefore more able to discern for ourselves what is true and not true, the role of an Oracle has changed. Rather than predicting the future, they become instead an effective communicator for the teachings of the Ageless Wisdom in the sense that through their spoken or written word these teachings are made further accessible. *** If you would like to be notified about future 15 Minutes of Flame interviews when they are released, please use the subscribe button on the right of this screen.
In this series of interviews we hear from Marcia Owen, a practitioner of Esoteric Yoga and from three of the participants in a recent on-line yoga course. Marcia shares the origins of Esoteric Yoga Stillness Program for Women as well as its purpose. The participants, Deborah Hansen, Jeanette Macdonald and Rachel Mascord share their personal experience of the course and how it has affected their lives. By some accounts the changes are seamless and feel like a natural expansion and for others the changes are more radical. As Rachel Mascord says in her interview "In the stillness, you start to hear the voice of truth."
You'll be touched by the stillness of the program just by visiting their website Esoteric Yoga Stillness Program
Bernadette Curtin, Josephine Bell and Judy Felix discuss "What is ageing?" Is it just a physical change, or an attitude, a curse or a blessing? Rather than having hit their 'use by date' these three women are an example of what 'ageing with vitality' looks and sounds like. The interviewees are aged from 57 to 67. You'll enjoy listening to them discuss Elder Energy. After talking with them, I decided Elder Energy is both the wisdom of an individual life as well as the wisdom of the ages. This interview with Josephine Bell, Judy Felix and Bernadette Curtin covers it all from the physical to the metaphysical.
Three generations of a seafaring family (Nick, Rosie & Ocean Bason) are interviewed by Gayle Cue. NIck has been on the water since he was a Sea Cub at age 7. We find out from Rosie what it is like to grow up on the ocean, not going to school and wanting to be 'normal'. And from Ocean, we get the details of her life in that open, unguarded way that only children can offer. All three share how their lives have changed, individually and as a family, since attending Universal Medicine presentations. I absolutely love this interview.

Shannon Everest has worked as a Doula, supporting women and their families through pregnancy, the birth and the post natal period. It is from this solid connection to self that they can then build a loving family. In this interview with Gayle Cue, the listener gets a sense of Shannon's own inner guidance that she brings to her work as a doula. Following the interview, Shannon released her website Deeply Nurturing.
