Dorothy Carlile is the oldest student I’ve had the pleasure of interviewing. At 87, she is still going strong within herself, although the body is, of course, slowing down.
Dorothy lives in New Zealand so first came across the work of Universal Medicine through meeting a student of The Way of the Livingness. She did eventually come to Australia and says, “Meeting Serge and, in time, seeing how the whole Benhayon family are with each other showed me another way of how to love and be gentle with each other on a daily basis. This was the complete opposite of how I had experienced life.” This interview is living proof that it is never too late to open our eyes and our hearts. PS For those of you who would like to read Dorothy’s 'underwear story' you will find the blog on Women in Livingness which you can read here.

I am very inspired by Dorothy. The unconditional love which Dorothy has for all is incredible- no judgements. She opens herself up to everyone equally and expects little in return. Shine on Dorothy!

Dorothy's unconditional love and lack of judgement would be inspirational in any one at any age, but to feel it in an 87 year old kind of gives it an extra shine, eh!

Listening to Dorothy's interview was an absolute pleasure. She is so inspiring, and shows that age really does not matter, you can be joyful and full of vitality whatever age you are, and I love how she takes responsibility for herself and embraces her life in full, well done Dorothy and thank you so much for sharing yourself with us.

I was also inspired by Dorothy - she is the new role model of what I want to be like when I'm 87!

Living life to help others, learning new skills in your 80's, being your own 'guru' – you are an inspiration Dorothy, as are all the other people you have mentioned.
