Michael Goodhart is an aircraft mechanic living in the hub of aircraft maintenance in Greensborough, North Carolina in the USA. He applies his skills to all types of planes from small private ones to large commercial airlines; as well as military aircraft. In this interview, we talk about the connection that Michael has with aircraft and how he views the body of the plane not dissimilar to how he views the human body. Michael recounts how when he started taking more care of his own body, he found it a natural extension to take even more care at work.
Michael lives with his wife, Julie and their daughter, Gracie. They are North American Students of The Way of the Livingness.

Like you, I really enjoyed listening to Michael talk about the correlation of the airplane body to the human body. Following this interview, Michael was inspired to put his experiences and observations into writing. You can read his full article The Wings of an Airplane Doctor here.
